Was able to test continuity and both PIN 2 to PIN U on the transmission plug that controls the TCC PWM solenoid and PIN 42 to PIN T on the transmission plug that controls the TCC. All checked out....

That is a helpful tip. Will pull the connecter and test. If still has power, time to start tracing wires.

I am going to trace the pin to the trans. Anyone know if the wire isn't connected to the trans plug, if it will always show 14.5 volts? Beginning to think this is yet another wiring issue.
