Good to hear the permanent codes are gone. Be sure to watch your wideband... if the rear O2s are not in the exhaust stream, but plugged in, DFCO transition to idle will go very rich (like 10-11 AFR)...
I wanted to point out that this works well to clear the permanent rear O2 errors but be sure to turn off ALL the rear O2 DTCs and unplug after they are cleared as they do strange things like run rich...
To be clear...this fixed both the richness when DFCO was not active and allowed predictable DFCO engagement which is controlled by the other parameters.

Have been running 493/18 in the Min/Max for several months with no issues I'm aware off....you're welcome and hope it works for you too.

I have seen fuel cuts during some shifts too. Both banks went to 0.0ms pulsewidth during 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. I happened to be using launch control at the time...not sure if that matters.
