I haven't been able to figure out testing the TB yet, but did find that my PCV hoses was collapsing under the vacuum. Replaced the heater hose that was on there with stiffer wall hose and fixed...
Thanks for the input, McCloud. I originally was thinking it could be a cracked intake, but couldn't find anything obvious. Might remove it to take a closer look.
I'll throw a meter on the TB and...
I just did another log with the trans in park and just bringing up the revs and holding it, trying to get it to act up. Engine wasn't warm yet, but I did notice that the throttle pedal voltage...
Just looked up PHI and believe it relates to the narrow band settings. I've attached the original file from the PCM as I received it from HotWire.
I had a tuner tune the truck (has a 6.4 cam...
Sorry, just started acting up as far as the engine missing at part throttle. I don't recall if the accelerator pedal has always had that output or not. Just started looking at it due to the...
Yes it does show NGC4.

Application for the pedal (68043161AD) fits 2009 to current Rams. PCM is a 2009 Jeep GC 5.7.
Here is a log of with the previous pedal. You can see how it isn't consistent. I don't see anything else that jumps out having the potential for causing the miss/stumble.

Hello.
I have a 78 Dodge truck with a 2010 LX 5.7 hemi swapped in. Throttle body came with the engine but not the pedal. I'm using one from a Ram I believe. Had originally bought the pedal from...
Thanks for the info, Acln99. Are the Ram PCMs the same way? Were you using a stock harness? I'm using a Hotwire Auto harness and no mention of the need for the wireless ignition module from them...
No response from Hotwire Auto on the PCM changes that are needed ro run on this harness. Probably won't get one. Any ideas? I noticed an option for Start over CAN Bus? My harness is getting a 12v...
I emailed Chris at Hot Wire Auto. He sent me the pin outs for the coolant temp sensor and throttle pedal as I was getting High/low out of range CEL codes for those and there should be nothing wrong...
I think this is what you are looking for, Gonzalo. All of the plugs are in there, but you are looking for the Data Link Connector and Module-Powertrain Control C1 (black plug):

Hello, Kmoney.
When I primed the oil system, I just connected 12 volts to the solenoid on the starter and it cranked. I can also ground the start relay on the harness and it will crank.
...
I only hooked power up to the starter solenoid to prime the oil pump. That is the only cranking I've got out of it.
Thanks,
Greg
Just used Write Calibration and no dice. Still no crank.
Thanks,
Greg
Thanks for the reply, Boostjunky. I had that switched off before sending the PCM off for SKIM removal and never changed it back. I'll give it a shot. When I send the updated file do I choose the...
Hello, gurus.
Swapped a 2010 LX 5.7 hemi (6.4 manual trans cam) with a 2006 545RFE from a Ram. Using a 2011 Ram 5.7 PCM and a Hotwire Auto harness. Got it all wired up and I'm getting a no crank...
Thanks, ELaw. I would think that it could be modified through the channels.
So, if I understand correctly, I couldn't feed in wideband info through the narrow band wiring for logging/tuning?
Thanks,
Greg
Hello,
Long time lurker, first time poster.
Just purchased the MPVI 2 to tune the 2009 5.7 Hemi/545RFE going into my 1978 Dodge stepside shortbox.
Question:
Can the narrowband O2 sensors...
