I'm not a big Dodge guy but it seems like if you disable it, do the SD tuning, and then re-enable it, things work good. Like I say, maybe I haven't done any heavy mods where this might be an issue...

Would the injector flow rates have anything to do with it? The customer doesn't have flow info (he thinks they are 30%?), or I would have already plugged that long number in with a Tech2.
