Over 100 views and only one person replied. Doh. :banghead: LOL
Come on guys, I need something to get excited about. Let's here the dirt. Hopefully all good! ;D
I'm in Quality Assurance (Integration testing) at a phone company, so for me to see V1 change to V2 is like one or two years. Two months is like a major shock to my system. ;D LOL
You should probably decide a a version numbering system. V2 sounds a little high for something that will only have been out for two months. Maybe save V2.0 for a major revision and call the next...
I'm still waiting for the L67-V6 tuner to be ready. In the meantime, how are the LS1 owners enjoying the kit? Are you satisfied with the product? Is it simple to use? Inquiring minds want to know. 8)
What is the projected launch date of V2?
A-HA! That explains it. Thanks for the info. ;D
How big is this package going to be in the end? Is it something that will fit in the inner pocket of a coat if I take it out of the box?
How about some pics of the final product? :)
I can't remember if this was answered already. If I buy a spare PCM, will I be able to program the VIN to match my car? Or am I stuck with what it came with. What about programming the PCM's internal...
I currently have an AutoTap scan tool. With it I am able to create a similar digital dash layout as the VCM scanner. Their software allows me to change the fonts and colours. So if I want a speedo...
Based on his sig picture, I'm going to guess that he has an L36 under the hood which is N/A. The F-bodies were never available with an L67.
But since I have an L67 in my GP... please carry on....
Doh. That's a nice deal on the 1 year support. I wish it was offered for the Grand Prix programmer. :'(
It was mentioned that the V6 L67 (i.e. Grand Prix GTP) version would probably be a few weeks behind the LS1 vesrion. Will launch gap between the two narrow or will the V6 launch date still be a few...
Whatever is decided, let's be careful. The PCM belongs to the vehicle owner, the internal software/firmware/whatever is GM's, and only the modified parameters belong to DHP. With that said, I don't...
For those of us that might pick up a spare PCM from the scrap yard to play with, is it possible to program the VIN number and mileage?
Can I just buy any PCM, as long as it has the same part...
I can't remember what the specifics are, but the fan will stay on for two minutes, or until the set temperature has been matched. So if the car is cold, the fans won't stay on.
a) Is there a launch date for the L67 software?
b) You listed a price of $899 to program two model years. Do you get a second cable for that, or a special piece of software to handle both years?...
My DHP PCM turns the fans on at a lower temperature to accomidate my 180 t-stat. It also keep the fans turned of for two minutes after I shut the car off. Will your software be able to adjust these...
On the products page at the bottom under Upgrades it says:
I'm confused. Is this an add-on package or a recent software update. I can't find any other info referencing it.
Will it allow the user to "scan" any GM vehicle or does the software restrict it to the model year that was purchase?
I currently own an AutoTap scanner. It let's me monitor pretty much anything I want. How does VCM Suite scanning abilities compair to the AutoTap?
The reason I'm asking is because I might get rid...
