I tried a cavalier 2bar on my s10
it loads on the computer and engine starts fine.
I looked at pinouts for days and they all match up.
but it wont control the 4l60e, hvac wont work, and battery...
I'd also like to throw my vote in.
and bump for updates?
might consider a 180 t stat and larger core radiator.
the mechanical fan moves a ton of air
I plan on doing this myself when I get around to it.
gm uses 3 relays on their two fan systems.
the grand am, alero, malibu, 4cyl use the same computer part number as the s10 and have dual fans....

and i used a 2000 cav 2.4 sc tune.
the 4l60 has a 3-2 solenoid that the 4t40 does not
I see my truck is flex fuel so i've got it easy for e85.
I'm considering switching to a big stuff3.
I tried the 2.4 sc tune but it wouldnt run my hvac or trans.

just did my 3" turbo back exhaust.

I just did a 4" intake to my turbo and upgraded the intercooler.
guess it needed it, I gained a lb of boost.
so now its pushing 15 psi.

I spiked 14 once on my stock motor but definately not something I'd practice daily without building it.
I have a built 2.2 now pushing 14 psi on...

any tips for a lnf newbe?
stock injectors arent good for much.
I added 42.5's right off the bat when I turboed my s-10.
my tune is a bit different than what you would want since I run e-85
