This worked! Needed around with some torque mgmt settings and set P0101 to no error reported. Not sure which one did it but I can now start in first gear!

I don?t plan to change PE until I get the wideband installed in the next few days. I will probably log some drivability stuff today to check fuel trims and the part throttle bogging when shifting.
I do not want to be rebuilding the trans. It is still a stock trans in the car. Will 40% be good?

Tune is likely maf only. I’ve had similar issues with an intake. Tune your vve table and then run blended up to 2500 rpm or so and it will drive a lot better.
catch can routing is wrong. see mighty mouse website for correct routing. this could be a cause of your issue.
Solved the issue. I accidently flip flopped the 2 sensors on the lid when i got it back from powdercoat. Make sure the red map goes toward the firewall!!!!!!!:banghead:
