Just unplug the MAF and forget about the code. So you have a check engine light on, big deal. At least you know its actually disabled. That's what I did, because I too was confused. This worked for...

1. Should the VE table be smoothed after each "round" of changes? I did this after the first two logs and might have just created more work for myself....
