I have a 2006 6.0 truck that I am trying to read. The TCM and FICM are able to be read. I am not able to read the ECM.

When reading the FICM, the warning was displayed that the truck has a tune...

Well, I decided to try the old trick of disconnecting the batteries. Let the truck sit for about 30 minutes with the ground wires off and then I was able to flash the ECM.

Truck was tuned with an Edge programmer of some sort.

Couldn't return it to stock.

"Read" the stock file, modified the stock file, and now when I flash I get "Controller Unlocker: Timed Out". ...
