I had the same problem as above, got a code 39 and a message saying the driver was missing or corrupt. I made sure that I deleted the .zip folder, and also downloaded/installed the CDM file. Works...

Found some other posts about the TP check found in the Diagnostics. Setting it to Max Kpa 100 and Min Kpa 0 solved my problem completely...

I think that the back of the gauge's adjustment knob is goobered up, so I don't want to mess with hit... I can do EQ ratio, the number in HPtuners seems to dance with it so I think it's close enough...

Think it was a combination of three things:
-not resetting fuel trims, didn't even think about that one
-not getting enough data
-not having the AFR% histogram

Just went for some logging runs...

Checked it, it was in P4 vice the "default" of P0 (out of the box). It was interesting to note however, that in P0 I get 0-5v output on the analog wire, but lambda on the meter, instead of AFR.......
