i guess I'll do that tonight when i get home from work. should be intersting to see what the car does in this air... it turned the boost down to 12.5lbs in 2nd and 13.4ish in 3rd during lunch... last...
i'm doing the opposite... I was going to run stock sensors on a GMS1 tune, i see no need for the extended range and loss of resolution.
That sucks... when u say s1 data in stock file do you mean copy/paste all of the data over? I thought there were other things changed that we couldn't see in the s1 tune
i have the correct beta and dont see the ability to flash gms1 without paying for another license for a file...
so, im finally getting around to doing this by just flashing the gms1 tune in... and it tells me the file is not licensed to me so i cant flash it to get my vin on it... it just doesnt give me the...
I know that without a log file to upload at the moment this seems fairly pointless but no matter the amount of maf tuning i do the Actual VE is way higher than the calculated VE. on a stock tune it...
everything worked fine except the boost2... its 100% worthless to me... its scaled all kinda funny, it said i made 20lbs while my RPD usually says 15ish... it showed 2lbs at idle and i think it...
so is this file jacked up or no?
its literally a completely stock tune other than pe's, cat over temp and maf adjustments but i see what you're saying about dals adding boost in non-pe mode.
i've been considering running a meth kit with a small nozzle just for intake valve cleaning and some added knock resistance... i think its insane to use your avg cheap meth kit as an added fuel...
thats what a stock tune commands... the concern was 1.0 at 16psi, the cause was the pedal position reading... my PE tables now ramp in to .86 from 80%
i have no as to what is being replaced with unknown parameters on my tables list. I'm using the config file that was available as a few hours ago in the first post.
the reason i asked is because it wouldnt show a commanded .86 lamda like i had it set... it wasnt switching over to the 100% column on my PE tables. I've since just worked the pedal more on that end...
just did a 40 minute log and every one of my wot pulls that were to the floor showead 84% to 90%, never did it go past 90 ever... one time i damn near stood up on it too. i remember reading about...
mine did that horribly with the aem silicone tube on the full cold air and with the stock air box. i havent seen this issue with my K&N this afternoon since i started dialing it in... I honestly...
Its getting the stock airbox tonight, i've just got to find the MAF screws since i apparently didnt put them back in the airbox like i thought i had.
So after i put the magical K&N short ram thats supposed to work with a stock tune on my car and played with the filter position i've found a spot that seems to not cause this as much but it happened...
I got screwed too... they had zero sympathy for me when I tried to include my sniper interface when I sold my car. So now I have one bullet left and no cars to tune.... the only benefit I have is...
if its actual surge you'll see your MAF log go nuts... my AEM would look like a 7.0 earthquake seismograph at part throttle cruise but you'd also hear it going whoop whoop whoop whoop. K&N SRI should...
i know it sounds silly but have you checked every coupler and done a boost leak test?
cat warm up also seems to get the wideband hot and reading faster...
ah, i wasnt sure what the black box the bov line goes to does, didnt know if it went to a vaccum ball or what.
the surging is caused by the aem silicone piece... i tried stock airbox with it and mine still was surge central, swapped back to stock and it shut right up... i never tried to run the aem pipe with...
wow, I'm on stock sensors and if i got tire spin it would peg the stock sensors, 25.5, when i was at 220 DALs with 100MALT but it would hold 22psi no problem otherwise.
