That sucks. I guess I assumed that you would know where they were. I'm currently running an Aeromotive A1000 regulator, which 1:1 vac/boost referenced. What regulator would you recommend Chris?

  2. Is there a minimum pulse width control in V6 code?

Hi, I've built a car to make some healthy power. It has 95 lb injectors. The problem I see at idle is that the injectors are large enough, that my PCM can't command a short enough IPW. As a result...

Re: Could we use a LS1 MAF?

    Rick,

A couple of years ago when I first put on the MP112 with LS1 MAF, the car ran crazy lean with the stock MAF tables. It cruised at 18:1! It calmed down as soon as the correct MAF table for...

Re: Could we use a LS1 MAF?

It was very easy. Just put the new MAF into your intake tract and code in the new MAF table into the PCM.

    Re: Cylinder skew help

I'm sorry Rob, I'm not following you. ??? The injector skew table entries are multipliers for the injector pulse widths. If you want one injector to have 2.5% more fuel than the others, you set the...

    Re: Cylinder skew help

Excellent question, I was wondering that myself.

Rob, why wouldn't you just put a 1.02 in the appropriate entry? What do you have in mind?

Re: Could we use a LS1 MAF?

Probably not. It would end up running lean. I would hold of on adding the new MAF until you or someone else was ready to input the new MAF airflow table.

Re: Could we use a LS1 MAF?

Many people run LS1 MAFs. I've been running one for almost three years now. One of the nice things is that they can flow more air before hitting our PCMs' 11,500 Hz limit. If you change the MAF...

I thought this was not available on the V6 yet. You must be beta testing a beta version? Or am I missing something?

    John,

I am embarrased. I thought I had gotten back to you. :banghead: Sorry dude!

    Re: Injector duty cycle

The point at which your injectors go static is a function of RPMs. At lower RPMs you have more time to get fuel into the motor (and less likely to go static) than at high RPMs. The point at which...

Ken, you mean that histograms only work for pre-defined units? Any plans to add FJO?

Re: Cant get my FJO unit to work with the scanner

    Dirk,

The table you posted is non-zero only between 0.8 and 2.5V. Are you sure you're using the right range?

  16. Re: Setup scanner for WB: must be connected to car

Yes, I see what you mean. I scanned at the track today and noticed the extra lines in the table display. I didn't play with them yet, but I'm sure it'll be fine now.

    Thanks,

The mapping under the 0 - 5V column fits the formula AFR = (V/.5)+10.
