I have the same injectors. The attached file may help you out.
Try adding 10% to the small and large range airflow tables.
Settings for 3 bar MAP sensor:
Map Sensor Linear: 61.85 kPa
Map Sensor Offset: 6.80 kPa
Map Sensor Offset: 0.10 V
Set Max MAP under engine diags to 300.
I am running the same injectors. Start with changing your Inj PW Min to .593.
Had the same issue, start by reducing airflow from <= .71V by 10% and see if that helps. Keep reducing by 10% until surging is gone.
Went through the same issue and the best way I found to resolve it was airflow. Looking at your airflow tables I would suggest lowering airflow from <= .75V. Start with 10% and keep reducing if you...
Here are some things to try:
- Disable Barometric Pressure Fine Tune
- Increase Throttle Body Airflow in rows <= .5V (Start with 10% and keep adding until surging subsides).
Check your GS Torque Reduction table (36000). The engine temps are way off:
Yours:
*F lb/ft
406.4 0
838.4 0
1270.4 2.95024859710906
1702.4 3.68781074638633...
Replaced mine with OEM sensors.
One thing to try is increasing the values in the GS Torque Reduction table.
Yes you are making sense. The Airflow table is a representation of what the throttle body airflow on a bench. The small table offers more scaling on the smaller throttle movements while the large...
I was referring to the Engine -> Idle -> Airflow -> Idle Torque Spark/Idle Torque Throttle tables.
I had the same issue and at first started working with the idle torque tables which helped a bit. The fix for me was putting the idle torque tables back to stock and adjusting the airflow tables.
Here are the changes you can try to the airflow tables:
Engine -> Airflow -> Electronic Throttle -> Airflow Multiple rows 0.00-0.90 by 5% (x 1.05).
Engine -> Airflow -> Electronic Throttle ->...
One thing to try is adding more air to the Airflow and Small/Large Range tables . Start with adding 5% to the <1V rows and keeping adding to see if the surging subsides.
You may want to try lowering FA Incr rate and increasing your FA Decr. Also take look at the PE Aircharge table, it's locks the PE at .0167 across the entire table.
You can give this a try:
Engine -> Airflow -> General -> Sensed MAP = Enabled
Barometric Pressure Learning = Disabled
Pressure Ratio PRatio Max = 2.0
...
Try reducing the 8* entries in the Min Spark table to 0* and see if that helps.
Have you tried enabling Sensed MAP?
Start with the last two rows of your MBT Spark table. You have a big drop in maximum spark with just a small change in aircharge. Next look at the PT Spark table, looks like you should smooth...
Anything lose that can me making noise the knock sensors are picking up? Knock sensor #1 is showing some high voltage across a large RPM range. Jumps from 1.23V to 3.16V in a fraction of a second,...
A check of your log shows timing at 15* at the time of the throttle blip. The car goes extremely lean as timing is reduced to 5* and bottoms out there. The ECM starts adding fuel to correct the...
Adjustments to your VE tables should address the LTFT issue.
I would go even lower, I my cammed 5.7, I will see timing in the -10 when the PCM is trying to maintain the desired idle. The PCM will pull timing to adjust a high idle, so the minimum table will...
