Thank you EC, it does.:)
Ken, I followed your instructions and all seems well but I have a quick question. You said " when all is said and done, the USB device MUST report "HP Tuners MPVI Channel A" and "HP Tuners MPVI...
Cool. Thanks. If it does come back on I have plenty of room to raise it..:)
I am getting the P0101 code a lot ever since I installed the bigger SLP MAF sensor. I increased the stock table mentioned above by 10% across the board. Is this too much, too little? Any help would...
Thanks f.:) I found with the dpi set at 112 I have no problem with the font size. It seems to be the magic number for me. The histogram numbering is still a little offset but it is legible. I never...
Thank you for the fix. I was experiencing the same problem. However, I found the change from 120 dpi to 96 dpi too extreme. The font was just way too small. I experimented with the custom setting and...
Actually, I Googled this "Death Road" and it turns out it's not in Bolivia at all. it's in China. Here is the site.
 That's insane!
Well, you've come to the right place. :)
This is absolutely not the norm. As a matter of fact, I have always found their customer support to be top notch.
Thanks for the info.:)
On my HP Tuner's personal home page it says I have 12 GM credits. Did I get these when I upgraded to MPVI interface? Thanks for any help.:)
Are you guys talking about Displacement on Demand? GM changed the name of the technology to Active Fuel Management.:)
Let me rephrase the question; on the MAF table are the lower frequencies representing lower rpms?
My ltfts were on the lean side (as high as +16 none in the negative)) so I adjusted the MAF table up 6%. This had the effect of bringing the ltfts between -4 and 5. Now while I'm happy with that, my...
No. It changes the timing of your spark. The timing is retarded in an effort to reduce the knock. To change the sensitivity of your knock sensors you have to use another table.Parameter Identifier.
Thanks, Jimmy. I will log the Knock Learn Factor then. Do you thing the dithering you mentioned is caused by an overworked fuel pump? Is there any way to monitor fuel pump load? I thought that an...
I picked up the Racetronix fuel pump as I think my KR might be related to that. If anybody could take a look at the scan I posted it would be very much appreciated.:)
Also, if you had an A4 your TC would not lock up. That's what happened to me when I put in a bigger cam. I guess it's the VCM's way of protecting the transmission. Once I did what the others...
I don't know if it will help, but here is the current bin file in the car. I'd really appreciate if someone could give me some insight as I'm fairly new to HP Tuners. Thanks. Al
I've been having some KR issues that seem to be intermittent. The ping is audible and seems to do it when the TC locks. I use Sunoco 94 (10%ethanol) faithfully. I have done quite a bit of logging and...
I believe by law, they are mandated to be in the area near the driver.
D'uh! Thanks, Steve.:)
I can't find the table. Where is it located? Thanks
Did you get it by UPS or regular mail?
