Hello!
Currently tuning my Open loop SD car and I would like to log my AFR on HPT scanner.
I am trying to read my wideband via EGR. I have everything set up but am reading 0.00 volts for the EGR...
I do have a cheap throttle body that has a horrible IAC screech at idle, usually goes away once the car warms up.
I'll get onto fixing that now and try to get that the TPS voltage dialed in,...
I added a tad bit more fuel and set the desired idle to 1000. and its idles great with a solid 14.7-15.0, no weird fueling issues when driving as well. I'm gonna go ahead and change the spark plugs...
Just tried your revision and wow for the first time I saw a change, the AFR was lean! It struggled to idle horribly and danced around 18.0 - 20.0 on my wideband.
I tried adding 5% more fuel on the...
Flashed that over and let the car come up to temp, no luck still runs super rich, after that I
even tried altering the reflecting portion of the VE table down 10% and it had absolutely no change. (...
Turns out I was using the mobile version of the site!
I've attached the tune I took from the car that previously worked great back in the states along with a brief idle log from the scanner.
...
Exactly what I thought! I've spent a solid 3 days checking everything over and over and I can't seem to find a vacuum leak. The MAP sensor does read 100kPa with the key on/engine off and drops to 55...
Injector pulse width at idle is set at 1.277, my fuel pressure at idle is 58-60 PSI could I get away with lowering it anymore? I assume it wouldn't hurt to try it out. My main problem is the VE table...
Had my 2002 Transam turbo 5.3 swap dyno tuned in Florida 3 months ago, SD tune no MAF running 11 PSI. Car ran perfectly and I put over 1,500 miles on it, got the car shipped to Germany where I got...
