I am not familiar with B/m's products in particular, but I would have to take an educated guess that HpTUners is by FAR SUPERIOR. B$M is a tranny company and Hp has state of the art vcm tuning, which...
what was the deal with the broken crank?
If search around the forum you might find that you can use an unused input to the pcm for your wideband input. With the PRo, there is a connector for that.
How are you sure you have power to the aldl connector? I would suspect you do not. If it were mine I would get a schematic and determine which pin needs the B+ and if it is not there then find out...
Wow.. I didn't know cutting up mother in-laws was illegal, what state is that?
To those of you that have successfully scanned/ read/ and tuned the Fords supported by the beta, have any of your vehicles had existing DTC's? Were they displayed properly in the DTC section of the...
Chip could you send me the ford files you have in hpt format?

I drove and tuned an 07 Tahoe 5.3l and the transition from 4 to 8 was enormous. Paint dries faster. The "feel" without DOD was much more responsive. Although the Tahoe was AWD and probally much...
you are only really lean at idle(unless I missed something) , and kinda lean above idle. you won't ruin any pistons at idle.... tune the maf with the ltft's .your maf is reporting the incorrect...
also I meant to ask you did you eliminate knock retard in the tune somehow or disconnect the knock sensor?
thats detonation my friend.... too much advance with too little fuel at high cylinder bmep (load).... got a scan of it running?
nice vid dirty! looks like a lot of fun. sounds like that cobra has a damn 13 speed eaton in it... he did a lot of shifting... looks like ya' held him off though!
maf is tuned open loop but I am pretty sure you still have to filter out PE from the afr error histogram.....
I am not a professional tuner. That being said I would tune your maf, reduce your timing by two degrees in the affected area(compare to similar files in the repository, yours is up to 4 degrees...
How did you make out with this?
kinda like an accelarator pump? how do you meter that extra fuel? is it on a wot switch?
cfg 's are not scanner logs, they are setup files for your scanner
