The LS1 injectors were resized to 36lb at our 58Psi. I maxed them out. I hit an injector duty cycle of 106% at 5818rpm.
Now I'm waiting on a set of 44lb at 58Psi which should be here this week....

This sounds like the exact same issue I was having. Had to basically accel 'through' the issue to make it go away.
Just recently swapped my injectors for resized LS1 injectors (had Bosch greentops)...

Has anyone gone through all of this for the 42lb injectors at 58psi.
I'm currently re-visiting my 'guessed' injector settings and would really like to know the correct numbers if they're available?
