The issue your going to run into is that most those guys use EFI Live. Getting the swap info using HP Tuners is very challenging.
I haven't seen this table added to P59 PCMs that already have flex fuel. Unless I'm missing something?

You will find a lot of tables are set beyond the allowable setting in HPT. Those are stock/factory tunes.
