It is highly unlikely that any tuner will refund your money after they've given it to you, regardless of whether it's shit or not.

Go with Ben. He just tuned my 15 Z06 and fixed all my throttle issues. I also got a ported throttle body to help with the lag but the tune of the driver demand table did most of the work.
So I have terrible throttle lag in my z06. I bought a ported throttle body hoping it would fix the issue but it didn't.
