What you are experiencing is a little bit different than what I am experiencing. The fuel pressure stays relatively stable (jumps around a little bit at that 2600 rpm), but my car has never got so...
Exactly!!! Yeah, up to this point I'm ok with raping the PE table and making a few areas of my maf curve slightly richer for CL operation.
It's all good, you can put that info here if you'd like
so you are using the stock FPCM from a v2? Maybe it has something to do with the fuel rail then...
work around= rape thee hell outta the PE table at 2500 rpm...lol
Jake, you referring to smokeshow? He thought it was reversion causing it. If that's who you are referring to. Dave Steck I'm assuming? I haven't reached out to him
yyup..lol. Same exact thing
Good deal, yeah those tiny plastic hoses are begging to be broken. Yup, still running a blended tune so I would have to disable that. Is it just one dtc then?
cool..did you remove the boost solenoid assembly and have to get rid of a dtc in the tune from unplugging it?
Nah, it's all good...may need to try that out that with mine then. Drivability pretty much the same then routing it that way or is the gas pedal much more "touchy"?
Back to the drawing board unfortunately
Dang, have to take the wind out of my sails with that one huh....lol. Glad you did it though, saved me some time messing with it..lol
I always wondered about re-routing mine like that but is that...
Yeah, I believe you did send me that log a little while ago. Mine has does it consistently with the stock TB with an airaid, with a 90mm TB with an airaid, and with a NW103 TB with a DDP (my current...
yyup, I remember you posting something about how your FP got jagged throughout those rpms...same exact thing for me as well
I've never driven with a mechanical gauge hooked up, but when you increase the resolution in the scanner of the FP you will see it gets extremely chopping going through that 2600 and even the 1600...
Damn, worth a shot....lol. i've resorted to raping thee crap out of my PE table at the 2500 rpm cell
Man, I really wish you could figure out why some of us are having a random lean condition at 2600 rpms....23 pages in all of us are still stumped..different thread of course. Again, sorry OP about...
this is the EXACT meme I was thinking of too..lmao. Sorry to interrupt....carry on
You guys remind of Paul Sr and Paul Jr. from Orange County Choppers...lmao
I haven't looked the dtc's but could there be some FSCM tests that we should possibly disable? Just throwing out random ideas at this point?
It's so crazy that in that log there isn't any evidence of the lean spot in there. Has me scratching my head for sure
Wonder why they just ignored that and not said anything
Just as an fyi to everyone Jayrolla on here sent a video to me of a mildly modified ctsv. This car has the same issue we are having. Video is here and I took two screen shots of the afr just prior...
I personally haven't. The only PID I have is "commanded evap purge" ("ratio" units). I have logged if the vent is open and/or close and it stays close through the leans spots from what I remember...
