I just got off the phone with PCS....and they told me that you do in fact program the TCM in the trans with HP Tuners through the included DLC. You're not actually programming the PCS box.

Any of you experienced tuners ever tune a filled motor? If so....did you have any issues with the knock sensors and maybe having to setup the knock sensors differently....maybe desensitize them or...

I've been having the exact same problems. When I expect it to ask for the Zone Map Boundaries....it's asking for PRatio Boundaries instead.
