I think you are over thinking this. Not surprised with no real mods there was 0 gain, because Ford did all the testing for you to get it perfect the way it is. Now with long tubes that can change...

For my 15, the fuel torque had about 15 different sources and we're all at 1, I made them all 0 and it's much better. My phantom spark drop is now gone.

You have to add each point to the logger. I think WOT only uses 14-26. Load them all and it shows what percentage is being used, example would be at 4k rpm, wot, it will show something like Mapped...

I increased my maf table by 50% and that worked great, haven't had to change it, fuel trims are great.

Torque control is probably clutch protection, have to disable that, also disable shuffle switch in ETC settings.

Well I got it figured out. Don't change the two tables in the tq management section labeled "maximum torque" to the max. Don't know why but that was it.
So I just noticed on a random log my car at WOT is running 1.00 Lambda, the fuel source is "CL Stoich." It wasn't doing that before and not sure what to do.
In the 2.25 anyway it logs it as a positive number is adding and a negative is taking away.
Thanks to Eric, it ended up being the clutch protection. Still acts up in first gear but the rest of the gears are fine. Not sure why that is but oh well.
