Thanks everybody for the help. I think the MAF is a lot of my issue. I thought as long as the MAF itself was stock I needed to leave it alone. Definitely learning a lot from this process.

I'm guessing that is why I got a MAF code when i started messing with the VE table.
So you're saying even though the MAF is the same it needs to be re-calibrated?

May not help but every time I flash my 2006 Suburban the DIC says reduced engine power and goes into limp mode. All I do to fix it is open the scanner and go to diagnostics and click clear codes...
