Local airports post actual KPA for pilots thats what i use then adjust my MAP koeo to match.

Take the Part number off your map sensor. Search for the data and offset. On your engine> Airflow tab you will have the spots to put that info.
You could try to take your Flow Rate vs. KPA and multiply the whole table by 0.95 in steps until it starts to act right
I would look at your MAP scaling.
