i have the issue as well. sometimes. i couldn't find anything that would cause it, so i just kinda.... left it as it was and learned to control the gas better with my foot... almost better than the...
humm interesting read here. i'm having the same issues but on an 05 saturn redline. mods listed in signature. i've tried several throttle bodies. traced wiring as far as i can go and even replaced...
the kit comes with 8 credits i believe. so 2 credits = 1 car... so basically your set for 4 individual cars. i have all 05 redlines set for mine so that was 6 credits.
best method:
advance till you stop making power (or you get knock).
in our cars, our timing is boost limited (ie, you'll get knock before you get to the peak timing). n/a cars can run 30* timing,...
kind of sounds like spark blow out? kinda what my buddies srt4 does when he gaps his plugs too wide.
our cars dont really use the ve table all that much. mainly maf. log commanded vs actual error %, i forget what its called exactly someone else can probably chime in on that one for ya.
following MGMs directions this time around, now i can not see stft?
Any hopes of getting something going for the aftercooler pump to stay on with either the key on / off (timer setting?) and the same with the fans. at current someone has found to have the fans on...
someone on here had a calculation on how to log wideband by using 1v (such as the rear o2 sensor, but replaced with a wbo2) so you wouldn't have to mess with a ton of wiring for the ac/ egr fake eio....
thats entirely too rich.
bad injector maybe? or harness went to crap?

ed is a pretty cool guy. met him. i actually live in tulsa too..
anyone?
okay, back on this topic if you were logging commanded vs actual error %, you would make the changes in the VE table right? and in making those changes, you would hence forth be 'aligning' your ve...
piston protection does not come on when the cat gets hot. thats COT Catalyst Over Temp. piston protection comes on at a default of 3600 rpm i believe alot of people just up it to 7500 so they don't...
i think all the dead cyls have been #4. due to it getting the least fuel.
well i've deliberately taken it to 5 grand. and couldn't get anything?
i would put it in #4
okay then why cant i read above 4000 rpm when tryinng to do ltft and stft
?
well if your logging ve. it stops at 4000 rpm. will read nothing higher. thats why im saying something is odd. i went through every table last night, and couldnt find anything that would raise it....
looking at an 06 or 07 corvette tune, it appears as though they have a dynamic airflow tab, that the 05 redlines do not. and from reading the ls2 part of the forum, in order for them to get the ve to...
whhy would one want to disable knock learn?
which file do you want?
i don't have a log file of the tune, because i've gone back to maf.. but here is the sd style tune
here is my config file...i've played with it a little bit...
