YES. Speed Limiter causes it.
All E92s are doing the same thing in 15 and up.
The Corvette will do it when first shifted into reverse... and never after that once cleared.

I might have a customer's car (same one) to test it on. I was mainly looking for TCM support.... Some ecm stuff would be fun though....

You have no idea how lucky you are.... In principal that can not work. 2008 and 2009 ECMs are NOT compatible.
I can flash the throttle segment for you.
I would try using traction off, 4 low...

I've run into this before as well.... Some were fixed with a NEW gm TB. I'm afraid to try larger TBs assuming that
the push/pull on the blade would only make the problem happen more...

I thought something was wrong with my software, but tunerlock feature is always greyed out fort he E40 and E67s.
