You need a load resistor in place or the VCM will flag an O2 fault. I suggest not screwing with substituting the WB O2 for the stock NB O2. Weld an additional bung and use both.

Grommet passthrough passenger side firewall below PCM. Pop the grommet out and find a big hole. Cut slot in grommet and thread connector through.

Seems that your base running airflow is dialed in at higher ECT but about 3 too low at lower ECT. May not be worth the effort to tune at lower temperature.

Get a WB that is already configured in HPT. I have PLX.
Most can output a signal if you want to substitute for a narrow band. However, I suggest welding an extra bung and leaving the stock narrows...

I was looking at the stock settings and figure it must interpolate otherwise it would be too drastic a change as the ECT passed through different ranges.

How does the VCM look at the idle base running airflow temperature? ie, does the 20C column get used for all ECT between 10C-30C or from 20C-40C? Does it interpolate?

Thanks for the above info. The LTIT on my car was pegged at -3.0 with STIT ~ -.4 so I changed base running airflow in two steps. In other words I added 1/2 of LTIT+STIT to the base airflow. Worked...
