You can't write the truck's stock file back to it if the only file you have is one that was made after the old trans was gone. You'd need to have read it out while the old trans was still in it.

If O2s or injectors are swapped bank-to-bank it creates a feedback loop. As long as everything is good, everything is good. But if either side starts to go away from zero then it just keeps going...
