i think that 850mv CAN be seen as lean for some ls1 cars. i know my car runs the best right around 860-870mv, but even there i see MINOR kr (usually right at tip-in, and never more than 4*).

there is no way it really goes that lean. you would have HELLA kr and you have none.

i agree with above- wideband to be sure.

this force motor table cured my tcc slip problem + made part-throttle shifts crisper. it gets my reccomendation

stock paper filter and a cleaned maf (the granetelli should be fine with the proper calibrations of the maf table from what i've read).
