You can also turn the key off and it does the same oscillation for another 20-30 seconds.

This is after trying 2 different MAP sensors (ZR1 3 bar), checking the wiring to the sensor, replacing the wiring from the ECU to the sensor, and even tried 2 different ECU's (Both P59's with 3 bar...

First go around with starting from scratch switching an 03 Tahoe P59 ecu to 3bar SD OS. I used Matt Happell's Colorado base tune (this combo is almost identical to the latest version of the Colorado)...
