Thank you for sharing this information! It turns out the trick was that we needed to set the "State vs. Desired" for Fan 3 Output to the same settings as Fan 2 Output to actually get it to work.

At this point the idle issue has been resolved, but they haven't completed the tuning yet due to torque converter issues so we don't have a copy of the final tune to know what was corrected.

We ended up using Henson Performance in Birmingham and had great results! :cheers:
