I figured it out. If you are running a Chrysler 200 you gotta set the AFR to 29-bit instead of the default 11-bit.

I installed the 30-0334 and the gauge displays numbers as it should. However when I plug the OBD cable (from the AFR) in and then the HP Tuner MPVI2 cable on top of that, HP Tuners only reads the WB...
I'm trying to adjust for a larger tire but my Editor doesn't show any of the info you posted in the pic.
