It doesn't work (usually) so I wouldn't worry about it... ;)
As far as I can tell none of the issues have been fixed. I'm already out a $1000 in credits I've had to refund customers for so I'm done alpha testing this software until HP Tuners gets it working...
:hi:
At this point I think I have 4 cars worth of wasted credits do to lack proper definition files or extended data stream not working that require us to go with a different tuning solution (Link PnP or...
A lot of DTCs don't actually turn off with Subaru ECUs.. I have an open support ticket for this. It's a real pain on the dyno when you pull the rear O2 to install an AFR sensor for tuning and start...
I've spoken with ID and HPT about this directly and HPT has a bug in there injector scaling for Subaru. ID is working with HPT to provide the scaling info once the bug is resolved.
We're in Bend, we have an AWD dyno. Happy to help.
The next update will hopefully address these issues.
Right now For a 2008 I'd consider OS tuning it. The newer ROMs aren't well defined in Romraider so you can run into issues still but it's an...
Yes, I've seen that too and agree it's a bug. I'd say they don't have the definition file properly defined in some areas. What I'm referring to is when you can't even write a stock map with HP...
That's a good question. I don't know the answer for sure but my guess is the AP isn't actually restoring the original image to the ECU. It's close but perhaps not the same. I suppose I could pull the...
I've seen this quite a few times after removing an AP. Needs to be flashed to stock with Tactrix then HPT works.
Hey guys,
I have an 06 A4 2.0l in for a flash and the write quit about a minute into it. I've flashed the car without any trouble in the past. Now the ECU no longer communicates with the vehicle. No...
That worked like a champ, had to add a lot but just went in 3g/s at a time til it started up great.
Thank you!
Broken record but.... Put it in SD mode and tune the VVE with a wideband. Then put it in MAF only and tune MAF with wideband. I've shared the tune above, feel free to compare with a stock tune to see...
Thanks, I'll give that a try.
Hey guys,
I have a 2018 Grandsport here with heads, cam, MSD manifold, etc.. def a steep learning curve to figure out. Many thanks to the folks on here that shared their experience with a LT newb :)...
Looks like zeroing out the MAF table did the trick. Thanks guys!
Thanks Ben, I'll hop on the dyno in a minute and try zeroing out the MAF table.
I createded a PRxRPM graph with lambda % error and modified those regions in VVE. The PR lined up with the histogram...
I reset the trims with VCM scanner during those tests. I also turned them off completely with VCM scanner and did clear the trims for WB Lambda Actual/Lambda Desired testing.
It does fail the MAF, so looks like that part is working.
Thanks Ben!
Cam, heads, intake manifold, intake, full exhaust and HPFP shim.
v006 is just a base tune with some idle tq updates, etc.. to get it to start and idle nice. 6a has the maf fail high...
Hey guys,
I have a 18 Corvette GS in for tuning. Trying to fail the MAF over to SD mode and tune VE table.

I get the maf P0102 code and it def changes the A/F ratio so it...
Seems like the O2 low inside of the ECU is open and there's basically no signal ground for either banks O2 sensor.. Might try to round up another ECU.
Thanks! Looks like that takes care of those readiness issues but not for the o2s. I think the ~.450v is the problem. That appears to be the open circuit voltage for the 02.
Hey guys,
I have a 4.8 LS swapped Landcruiser in the shop. Something peculiar is the system won't go closed loop.

The O2s display voltage and are brand new but the readiness...
