Yea looks like you'll have to increase your lb/min per Maf frequency to get those trims back down. It's easier if you watch the STFT's and just increase your MAF table in 2% steps until your closer...

I'm no expert but after you re-enable the MAF did you scale the MAF table to get your trims back in line. Your LTFT's are between +3 and +20. That can't be good.
