For what it's worth after Camaro6102 said his worked I just tried it myself and my credits loaded. Same computer, NO other changes at all. And it just loaded mine up.

I had the same issue with my 2013 Ram 5.7L. You have to add the channels to the scanner using the specific parameters section and NOT the generics. I'll see if I can save the config file and post it.
