I have this same issue currently I am going to swap to a LT1/LT4 MAF and see if that changes anything, ill keep you posted with my results, let me know what you find out.

i added the cylinder air mass to the charts. this changed the LTFT and STFT chart readouts. still lean at low RPM but high rpm is good. anything from about 800-1600 rpm is lean. And man the numbers...
