seems like warm gas and high intake air temp. does any

getting a short burst of ping holding it in any gear or rpm, then cracking
the throttle a little. sounnds like dr bank . maby egr, heat.
gas doesnt matter much at all.

what way do you go to try and get rid of ping,and how much would you start with. maby 1 degree across the board.

car is a 97 bonniville, tuner will scan, but wont program, looked in
door jam car says 96 out of factory. interface is programed
for 02 z and 97 pontiac. if i upgrade to 96 do i have to
