I'm showing knock in cylinder 2 on nitrous. Can I just pull timing from that cylinder in the static retard table? Also it shows cyl 0-7, I'm guessing cylinder 2 would actually be cyl 1 in the table?...

My car does the same thing. First drive after changing the tune I get some knock (only a few degrees though). After the first drive I get none at all. 2017 Camaro ss
Yes. Must be jumping over. Thank you
The tps% in my log has consistent peaks. Does it at all rpms. Doesn?t actually show up in log just while logging.

I know other people have had this issue. This is on the stock trans tune. I have e85 conversion, ported tb and headers. Anyone have the answer? thanks
I guess I?ll try it along with raising peak tq and dd. I?m really just trying to get the trans to shift better.
If i'm running a 100 shot of nitrous, would I want to increase the virtual torque tables 100 ftlbs when the nitrous kicks in? Thanks
I was thinking of raising base line pressure for 1st through 5th gear by about 10% in the higher torque ranges. Would I use the tcc on or tcc off table? Or both? Or I wonder if increasing the vtt and...
Here it is. Thanks
Sooo I'm running a 75 shot and my trans is slipping after shifts. Do I increase the VTT at WOT 75 ft. lbs. to solve this? Or would this cause a throttle shut because its not measuring this torque?
Yeah I noticed my torque is reading lower. Would raising the values in the vtt help?
Just running a 75 shot and getting some rpm flare after shifts that seems a little excessive. Do I just increase line pressures to get rid or it?
Thanks
I noticed some people zero it out. Those cylinders must be more prone to knock. I noticed it shows on total knock retard but not just plain knock retard. I guess if you're using 93 or E85 it wouldn't...
Just curious. Anyone?
Sounds like your MAF sensor may not be calibrated correctly. Pray performance on facebook or Ted Jannetty at jannettyracing.com are both well known 6th gen tuners.
Got mine to stop pulling timing by raising the vtts 5% and driver demand 5% above 95% throttle
If you have hp tuners you could look at a zl1 tune from the repository and start with those vtts maybe.
Did you solve the problem? My Camaros doing basically the same thing.
Yep mine was doing that. I pulled about 10% fuel at low map range and no more reduced power mode.
What I'm gathering is that its not absolutely necessary but will probably result in better drivability at lower rpms. Thanks guys
So you?re talking disable dynamic airflow permantly? Or just while tuning maf?
Can I just tune my MAF on my '17 Camaro ss with headers or do I need to tune the VVE table? I've been looking at various tunes and it looks like most people don't touch the vve table. Thanks for...
