There must be a way as Jeremy Satera from Satera Tuning was able to get true flex input from Flex Sensor not inferred logic to work in all HC platform
A credit is Connected to 3 Things 1. Module Serial Number 2. OS 3. VIN Any of these three changes , the credit wont work anymore . Hence you would need new credits . As per if the PCM is Diablo...
Get a Tazer or BurnBox from Zautomotive that can run the Pump and Fans or either with a Button from your Steering wheel

I missed it .you are using the x not the x2's . Are the Injector Offset data correct as there is a resolution difference in cells starting from 6v in ID and HC starts from 5V
@Speedy! With ID1300's can you be sure the Inj PW Min is set to .125ms as you stated above its showing .6
