I have changed the MAP sensor linear and offset to 333 and 33.33. I have 58 psi at the fuel rail, I have spark, but no fire. Checked the fuse panel and no blown fuses.

Looking at the MAP sensor the part number is 19138773 which looks like its from a LB7 Duramax
