Run MBT the same as the decel spark in your PT Base spark table and it'll stop throttle hanging.
For clearing codes you'll open the VCM Scanner NOT Editor then click on the "Engine" logo which will be Diagnostics and Info, read DTCs then clear DTCs and you should be set.
I'm guessing you haven't checked the tune repository because there is one in it...
Without CMR the file does you no use as you have no means of opening it.
