What year, make and model vehicle? Have you opened a service ticket? I went through something similar that HPT couldn't resolve. I used my Diablosport handheld to set my gear ratio and it worked.

I had a similar problem when I changed out a rear diff from 3.06 to the Hellcat 2.62. HPT couldn't make the change and my Diablosport handheld was old enough to not have that ratio...

I also have done some reading on another forum i belong to and it seems that the newer cars don't seem to care what the rear gears are...which is totally cool. Best of luck and hope you don't have...

If I recall correctly, the 2016's and newer take the speed from the front wheels and not the rear. You should just be able to swap and go without any programming needed.

The Hellcat (2.62 gear) axles installed into the 3.09 Scat Pack diff fine with no leaks or problems.

Update: Installed 3.09 diff out of my wife's '16 Scat Charger and reinstalled my MTCM. Back to shifting good and thankful that I didn't pooch the trans in driving for a week in third gear.
