There is no switch on the fly tunes with LML, or any vehicle for that matter with HPT and it isn't looking like its going to happen anytime soon. As for the LML switching the other software provides...
As far as I know the ECM just asks the FICM for a quantity of fuel. The FICM uses the pulse width map to determine how long to hold the injectors open. If there was a limit it would be in the FICM.

Not supported swap to newer computer. Google 411 swap.
I think you would see some massive changes if you used a calculator. The timing numbers seem odd for the 6.0s not sure if we are missing maps or what. For example at WOT at high RPM it calls for 5...
You adjust the pulse width in the FICM, just like any other diesel. Increase the pulse to make more power, you really only need to touch 2 tables.

Here is a good solid street tune. Much better low end torque also added exhaust brake.
You cant flash a file with a different VIN so someone else's file wont help.
Tough to say if it improved I deleted it with like 1500miles on it and it was the dead of winter like -30 below. Mileage has always been pretty good, it certainly isn't going to make it worse...
Alientech just released obd2 support for it. They didn't figure it out themselves.
The truck needs to be "happy" pre delete as in no messages in the cluster. Then you need to write a tune that turns off every single code related to the emissions crap you are removing. If done...
I Tuned my 18 as soon as I got it, had it a year now. Deleted it about 2 weeks later, would have been sooner but exhaust was on back order. Let me start by saying using a wideband or Air Fuel ratios...
From a 2003 very mild probably less than 50hp mostly for mileage.

Also from a 2003, this tune is probably 100hp ish I doubt it would get too hot but might hurt the trans if your not...
I have used one on a 6r80 can't remember the company we bought it from but its on my buddy's mustang, you just wire it into the harness and it locks forward and reverse gear together. Works awesome,...
It is helpful if you post your stock file as well to compare it to so we can see what changes you made. I had a look, it looks ok, I would caution against raising fueling in the lower portion of most...
Haven't herd anything other than its supposed to be coming. Will be awesome though, would love to tune some VWs and Audi's.
No, the sensors are there just to ensure the emissions equipment is working, if its all removed then it doesn't matter.
At cruise rpm it can help with economy, at any other rpm it is only there to keep the exhaust hot to keep the emissions down. If your exhaust is aftermarket you can get rid of a lot or all of the...
Its a tricky situation, less timing will help it start easier but at the cost of more smoke because your injecting the fuel later. More timing will make it harder to start and that will be compounded...
I had a quick look at it last night, I don't have my laptop with me right now, but it was oblivious to me you must have copied over someones tune over yours. There were tons of maps changed ever so...
If you buy the user defined parameters can you import .bin files?
That is the feature that IMO is the deal breaker. For Cummins anyway.
I'm sure that is why the user defined came to be however I haven't seen anyone using it for that yet, at least not publicly.
Switch to EFI Live
Yes,
Unfortunately HP has restrictions on missmatched OS in the 6.7s makes it difficult. Even stacking with another tuner has been troublesome.
