Thanks man. I thought so but I figured I better make sure.

Thanks man. I thought so but I figured I better make sure.
Thanks a lot man! That's definitely not where I got the data. Dumb question time... are the numbers already based on 58 psi? I see the multipliers in the Intro tab but I don't see where to select or...
Well it's not the purge. It's showing closed and I still have that port capped on the intake. I have adjusted the OLFA to where it gets the numbers on the wideband to something acceptable but there...
I wasn't until just recently when that idea popped up. But just to be sure I plugged the evap port on the intake and it seems to have helped a little. It wasn't quite as lean on this past start up....
Doesn't the evap purge run for about 30 seconds after startup? Since I'm tuning MAF only at the moment, does it make sense that the evap could be letting in unmetered air which is causing my lean...
Correct. No manifold reference. It's just static
Hmmm makes sense. I've never encountered a lean scenario quite like this but I guess it could be misfires. Would you suggest turning off the afterstart enrich as a test or just reducing the OLFA?
I've mostly got the VE tables dialed in an starting to work on the MAF but the whole time I've struggled with lean conditions after startup at pretty much any temp. When the truck is warmed up it...
Just an update for anyone else following along, correcting the Trans Rev/Mile corrected my issue. Thanks for the help guys!
Man I'm sorry.. It's a 3.73 gear and 31.6" tall tire. I edited the original post too. I wasn't paying attention when I typed that part.
I used the built in calculator when I installed the gears...
This seems to be a fairly common issue when tuning a trans. I've been through CoolAid's guide on trans tuning and I've tried using BlueCat's numbers as well. I've even tried zeroing out the shift MPH...
For some reason it doesn't on these. I know someone had a workaround for it but I can't find the info on how to do it. This is all that it shows when I type in flex.

Thanks man. I agree, mine is working too, I just don't understand why we can't log the PID since it's enabled in the tune. :banghead:
What's the correct way to fully activate it?

I recently switched my f-body P01 to run the 12216125 os from an 02 Suburban and can't figure out how to log Flex Advance. I read something about a custom PID but I couldn't find anything additional....
Do you get the service vehicle light as well? Mine stays on when using this OS. My car is a 99 F-body.
I also lose Cruise Control when doing this.
Bumping this thread in hopes you might figure out a fix for the ASR in the near future. Also, do you have a link or the specifics on which wire gets moved, and where it moves to, when putting a P59...
I looked things over this morning, one thing that gave me a lot of trouble was the stall saver. It sounds good in theory but it always made things a lot worse. I'd disable that if I were you. You...
Thanks man! I had no idea that would work.

I'm at work right now and can't see your tune but I've fought with this pretty extensively with my 99 WS6 h/c/i car. Depending on which pcm and OS you've got, throttle cracker, throttle follower, and...
You bet. I had no idea it was an issue. I pulled my hair out for months trying to figure it out. I just accidentally got lucky one time and figured it out.
Yeah it's not there on mine. Can it be segment swapped? I'm pretty green on how those work.

Thanks for the clarification. Nothing malicious intended. I don't know enough to be dangerous anyways. The problem lies within the part of your statement about how the "tuner should be able to handle...
I never posted about this because I figured it was too obscure of an issue and it didn't seem to be an issue for anyone else. However, I've been fighting it for the past several months. It came on...
Can the same be done with an MPVI2? I'm pretty sure I tried that and it couldn't read it.
