Not sure if i can post a link here BUT here is how i controlled port injection with Terminator X..
...
thanks info Bill...
i watched a video where they reviewed VCM log taken from twin turbo C8.. and they had a good collection of data... must be my hardware..
Is there a specific software version I need in order to scan/log Corvette C8 ??? i only get voltage, or is it because i have 10 year old hp tuners hardware.
did you ever figure this out ? i cant scan c8 either.. i wonder if its old hp device.. maybe i need mpvi2+ ??
I have a c7gs and was wondering how different shift patterns on A8 8L90 map to drive modes ?? Does anyone know...??? which one is eco/track/normal/touring ??
Normal
Pattern A
Pattern B
??
thanks Ben, i didn't see this message in time for my track day.
I ended setting my PE table to command 0.84 after 3800ish rpm little leaner before that.. bumped my MAF down a little just to keep...
I been targeting 0.84 lambda on my SCed DI LT1 engine. I recently added port injection. If I was estimating, i would say 15% of my fueling at WOT comes from port injection.
Question now is, what...
Are you talking about spark humidity table ?? i don't see one directly related to VVE.
i completely missed that VE Base Temp setting... fail... i am guessing this is my IAT not ambient temperature ??? Can i just set this to 115F as that is what my IAT were ??
BTW car is big cam,...
I did my VVE tune in 100F and high humidity...
Does anyone know how weather conditions effect VVE tune ??? If i was to scan in 60F weather, would it require changes ??
Anyone know ???
I tried that, but i still don't see anything under "Export" >> "Export Window"
Is there a way to add "Speedometer Cal" or "Shift Tables" ???
8L90E - does anyone know why we don't see anything under Export tables ???
I was assuming so, but wanted to ask anyways...
I was reviewing drag racing logs and i noticed couple logs had Predicted Engine Torque Source go to Trans in 4th and 5th gear.
I have heard of people experiencing loss of power, or throttle...
I wasn't able to post my tune, since it was done by tunner that wouldn't like me posting it.
I did manage to fix my issue, but bumping my DD table by 1-3 when stall would happen.. haven't had it...
I had this happen to me 2 times now on 2017 C7... breaking hard(er) going from 40mph down to dead stop, car stalled on me.. fuel is dialed in, car runs perfect with setup it has......
Just a followup on this... If you set your Shift Torque Factor to 0.7 you will not see negative spark advance, and it only drops to about 5-7 degrees...
Correct... if you read it, you will always get a stock tune.. it is what it is..
No, 2017+ TCMs are strange. Once unlocked, HPTuners will still read the TCM, but a message pops up and you are presented with STOCK TCM tune generated by HPTuners. You have no way of telling whats...
What about changing Shift Torque Factor to 0.9 for gear shift I want, technically that would decrease torque management. Am I right ??
I had same message pop up. You can change calibration on TCM, there is just no way of retrieving and seeing whats on TCM. If you ever lose your tune, you are screwed, and will have to go from start...
I did not... that would take all torque management out.. i was trying/hopeing to take out only some of it out...
I am getting negative spark advance during shifts on 2017 C7 with A8
-2.5 degrees to be more specific.. All taken away by torque management.
I adjusted my spark minimums and i don't see any other...
Question for those who used HPTuners T87A unlock service.
How long did the process take ??? Looking for feedback from someone that used their service.
