I have got the same problem , VATS is off. but I noticed Idle Adapt (STIT) does not go to zero when revving the engine :p . I am guessing a wiring problem.

Yes you are right , my tps was 13% before cam and after cam it is 18% and it is pulling timing to keep idle at commanded value. is there a way to lower throttle position ? maybe idle torque reserve ?

You need more fuel , your airmass is not right log AFR using a wideband.
It looks like seconds ( s ) , what problem your are facing ?
I think your problem is in engine torque is higher than max engine torque. also you did not log predicted engine torque cmd.
The AFR at idle will not make your engine run hot.

you can check front timing cover behind the water pump if it is flat then you dont have VVT.
check engine light May be from low oil pressure.
Set FPR while the engine is off and fuel pump is on , if you cant reach 45 psi then you need a bigger FPR . When you start the engine , FPR will compensate for manifold vacuum and it will drop fuel...
You need to log some PID for engine torque and axle torque then check if they are limiting your throttle and timing or not.
