Yep, you broke stuff. Time to open up the engine.

Move the narrow bands to pre turbo
I'm happy with the way my turbo 6.0 is running on my E78 but only on open loop and I'm kinda thinking the ease and consistency of closed loop maybe worth the hassle of repinning for the E38. Closed...
Force open loop until you get your exhaust together
There is some real good detailed threads on what you are looking for if you search.
Tip: make a trans tune that will hold gears way down in the rpms and manually shift it. Get it into 3rd or 4th...
I got pissed at tuning the VVE on mine with VVT so currently the cam advance tables are zeroed out... Maybe after I get my cold piping redone and MAF put back in I'll do it.
View the 3D model before calculating coefficients and look for anomalies. Also, do a vertical smooth, column by column ONLY on the uncorrected data, between where you have applied afr error...
It takes a while to get the tune setup to compensate for temp changes but you can scale the VVE tables/MAF and use Airflow Gain to do your boost enrichment by MAP and activate your PE with requested...
Step one for you is tune your maf/vve.
E78 isn't too much harder than the E38 on the V8 platform imo, I've done a bunch of both and I'm running my turbo 6.0l on the E78. Just a bummer there's...
Did you tune the maf/vve? If not, it'll really show up the flaws since the throttle can open farther faster and the O2s can't keep up/pe commanded doesn't match actual.
What hiccups did you have with those changes?
Post up your latest tune. I'll do some quick tweaks on it for you if you want.
Weird on that bias table. Knock threshold is under knock sensor tab and it has a separate table for each cylinder. Don't adjust that until you get your timing stuff figured out. You should...
Engine:
Electronic throttle > Throttle area limits > Max % area vs RPM = Set entire table to 100%
Someone butchered your Airflow Cylinder Charge Temperature Bias table
Your timing tables are...
And did you leave your interface plugged in the whole time?
Did you write entire or write calibration?
Drop it into open loop and see if it straightens out
It's my "Airflow gain" table which is now effectively turned into my PE table, but only available in open loop. It's on my 6.0l V8 2015 Silverado.
Here's how I have mine setup (OL E78 but same idea). Haven't hit a dyno with it but it runs and drives nice and smooth. I hit boost just over 1300RPM on 91oct

I have had that happen and at least on my old truck, the problem was flashing after the key has been on to long. Before writing, turn off key, open door, wait 5 seconds, turn key on and flash it. I...
Looks like a misfire and your timing tables look whack.
Cylinder Charge Temperature Bias table
You'll still want it to pull some timing or you will break things. The minimum spark table needs some cushion for knock events and shifts so don't set it to what your main timing tables are.
I...
Throw your book away.
Leave factory TM settings.
Adjust base minimum spark tables to stop it from pulling so much timing. Adjust other parameters to speed up shifts.
I thought you had that re-enabled. You need to leave TM enabled or you'll never get it to work right...
