If you have already paid for the User Defined Parameters, you can use this Xdf to modify the cluster speeds, Im not going to spoon feed you but this is a start to add extra parameters to.

Yes I read with PCM flash and have used it to tune, Hp Tuners is easier to use but has many missing parameters.

Default engine speed limit for instrument cluster (c_n_max_icl_dft) it is set at 6400 which is C8 in 8 bit

Looks like they changed the angle on the electrical plug in part and also the polarity.. that injector really got smooshed and pulled its guts out.

Your trims indicate to me that you have a vacuum leak somewhere, you can try the brake cleaner trick spraying around the motor when its running to see if anything changes with the idle or rpms.

One of the other things in the trans map that is different to mine, is that you have [TCM] 46859 disabled, in mine its enabled.
