My main issue is when driving hard or towing, trans temp climbs well over 200 degrees in a short distance. burnt up 1 trans and converter already and now this trans is doing the same thing. with all...
Here's another scan where tcc unlocks with no KR, no misfires and no major throttle changes. if you look at 2:11 you can see its locked but then suddenly unlocks. Any ideas what maybe causing this?
Im wondering if the knock retard is causing that? i see right at the moment tcc drops out i see KR.
brand new torco tcc. any tune sugestions?
another instance is leading upto 4.54 mins
the rpms climb and first tcc status says no. so light throttle can be seen on the tach and as you move the throttle the rpms fluctuate.
here are the chanels
Tcc lockup is ok below 65mph but 65+ with slight throttle increase causes tcc to slip quite a bit. Not sure what the issue is. I under stand that tcc will unlock with zero throttle. in the scan at...
This guy is so full of him self, he's just talking to him self. There is no talking to a guy like this. Just avoid.
Check to see if pintle cap didn't come off. I had one come off and spray double. Also had 1 spray nothing. There flow rate is at 43.5lbs. At 58lb rail pressure injectors would be well over 110lbs
I don't recommend them. I pulled fuel rail because bank1 and bank2 were at least 12% from each other. Bank 2 had 2 bad injectors. One had a pintle cap missing and the other didn't squirt at all. I...
Eng diagnostics,airflow
P106max
14040
Don't max these out. Enter expected boost at 100% thro and rpm scaling down to 2400 31%
Pretty much same for 14040.
Numbers too high in lower cells...
So, if it's stock what is there to tune?
Turn down/ remove traction control.
Tweak torque management.
Add a lil timing here or there.
Fuel tables are pretty close stock.
it was the coils..
your min learn in closed loop tab is set to 4% along with various other little issues in that tab. i would also back off on the max torque in torque reduction setting if it was me.
I second this, haven't looked at the log but if it's 80kpa at idle either you have a major intake leak or your map sensor/calibration is off.
May try a crank relearn.
So truck seems to run well other than when going into boost or just under boost under load partial throttle. seems to clear up at wot or higher rpm. thinking i have "onthewayout" coils. truck has...
ever find a good tune? I have a 04 stock I use for pulling, looking for some advice.
