I'm not sure if the VCM Scanner has the ability to view this information. I have seen it on some Autel hardware, it was displayed in my situation on my 6L80 as a negative "torque" figure of ( -40 )

And yes I did email support, they asked for an infolog also, how am I to get it without giving the software the application key on first startup?
that's fine... but if I cannot get into my software to give you an info log because there was no application key what should I do?

My TEP trans did the same thing, did he tune it for you or are you running a previous trans tune from your other transmission?
I had to back off the line pressure and and shift rpm to keep it...
that is also one of the ways that trans shows wear, delayed downshifts.
but definitely check settings obviously.
